Kennedy Again

Every where I turn I see Ted Kennedy as the Kerry spokesperson blaming Bush and the Republican Party on everything. Is this the same guy who agreed with the war on Iraq etc.. or is this the same guy who ran away from the water when he was really called on to save a life?
